The Elected Local Policing Bodies (Specified Information) Order 2011, the Elected Local Policing Bodies (Specified Information) (Amendment) Order 2012, the Elected Local Policing Bodies (Specified Information) (Amendment) Order 2013 and the Elected Local Policing Bodes (Specified Information) ( Amendment) Order 2021, places a duty on the Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) to publish certain information within specified timescales.
The Order sets a minimum evidence base – a specific set of information to be made available – for the public to use when holding Commissioners to account.

The OPCC receives a range of professional, transactional, support and administrative services provided by Kent Police staff who are employed by the Chief Constable. These services are provided under section 2(5) and paragraph 7(1) of Schedule 2 of the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011. There are no arrangements for the use of local authority staff. |
