Kent Police's Professional Standards Department (PSD) deals with complaints regarding:
- The conduct of Kent Police officers or staff
- Kent Police policy
- Acts or omissions
- Decisions made by Kent Police, or its officers and staff
To make a complaint about any of the above, you need to contact Kent Police in the first instance. They will then be in touch with you directly to resolve your complaint.
The OPCC is not the appropriate authority for these types of complaints.
