The Police Property Act Fund is generated from the sale, at auction, of items seized in police operations.
If you are a Registered Charity, Social Enterprise, Constituted Group or Community Interest Companies (CIC) with a clear connection to Kent, you are welcome to apply.
If you are interested in applying, please read the following Guidance which gives details on the aim of the fund, eligibility and details on the specific funding available. Please also take the time to familiarise yourself with the Terms & Conditions of the grant.
Organisations already funded by PCC commissioned services may only apply for a grant to support a new, separate project and not to extend or enhance existing funded work.
In the Autumn 2025 Funding Round, £88,031.86 was awarded to 49 organisations across Kent, supporting a wide range of community safety and victim‑focused projects.
The application window for the Spring Police Property Act Fund is now closed.
