General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) give you the right to ask the Office of the Kent Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) what information we hold about you.
To make a request for information held about you by the OPCC - known as a Subject Access Request (SAR) - please contact us via one of the following methods:
A template SAR application form has been provided to assist you in making your request, but you do not have to use it. If you do choose to use it, the form can be completed and submitted to us using the contact details above. You may also make a request verbally.
We need to keep personal data secure, so you will need to prove you are who you say you are.
