Reviewing a PSD outcome

If you have already made a complaint to Kent Police and you are unhappy with the outcome reached by its Professional Standards Department (PSD), you can now request that the OPCC reviews it.

You can request a review using the form below, but please note that we must receive your request within 28 days from the day after the date on your outcome letter from PSD. For example, if your outcome letter from PSD is dated 1 April, you need to make sure we receive your review request by 29 April.
