How satisfied were you with Kent Police?
We graded the choices into sections: "very dissatisfied", "dissatisfied"; "neutral", "satisfied" and "very satisfied".
The most common response was ‘neutral’ with 29% ticking that box. That was followed by ‘very dissatisfied’ with 25% ticking that box.
However, if you group the "dissatisfied" and "very dissatisfied" together and the "satisfied" and "very satisfied" together, you get an overall satisfaction rate of just 21.6% and an overall dissatisfied rate of 49.4%.
