Victim Support - Kent Advocacy and Support Services. The service is available to all victims of recorded crime who are resident in Kent and Medway, including children and young people regardless of when the crime took place or if it has been reported to the Police. If reported to the Police support is available at all stages of the criminal justice process and beyond. If not reported to the Police, the service is accessible and available at the point the victim wishes to seek support. The support also extends to close relatives of victims, particularly those aged 18 years and under. The service also provides dedicated advocacy for Stalking and Hate Crime victims.
This is a contract which commenced on 1 April 2025 at a cost of £1,041,479.42 for 2025-2026.

My Support Space
My Support Space is an online resource designed by Victim Support to help you manage the impact that crime has had on you. It contains interactive guides to read through at your own pace.
It is also available for those supporting someone after they’ve experienced crime or trauma, for example friends, family members, colleagues or neighbours.
We have commissioned Kent Sexual Abuse and Assault Service (KSAAS) to deliver the following two countywide specialist services from 1st April 2026:
The services are needs and risk led and delivered independently of the police and the criminal justice system. Support is available regardless of age, gender or sex, whether the abuse was a single incident or involved repeated harm, whether it is recent or non‑recent, reported or not reported to the police, and whether it occurred in person or involved technology, such as online grooming. Provision is age‑appropriate and available at the point a victim wishes to seek support.
The therapeutic service has been co‑commissioned with NHS England, ensuring a joined-up referral pathway with the Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC).
ISVA Service: The contract award is for 4 years to commence on 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2030. There will be the option to extend, depending on funding availability, delivery of a quality service and sustained performance, on a yearly extension basis for a further 3 years. The estimated contract value per annum is between £350,000 and £400,000.
Therapeutic Service: The contract award is for 4 years to commence on 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2030. There will be the option to extend, depending on funding availability, delivery of a quality service and sustained performance, on a yearly extension basis for a further 3 years. The estimated contract value per annum is between £200,000 and £250,000. Further funding from NHS England has been secured to support this contract.

Restorative Solutions - Trauma Informed, Restorative Justice and Mediation Service to cover the county of Kent. This service is needs and risk led and is accessible to all victims of recorded crime who are resident in Kent, regardless of when the crime(s) took place.

The Appropriate Adult Service is delivered by TAAS to provide AA's for vulnerable adults within the Kent County Council area and out of hours support for both juveniles and vulnerable adults where required in Kent and Medway. The service ensures that the rights, entitlements, welfare and participation of all groups in scope, who are detained or attending a voluntary interview, in custody or a non-custody setting, as a suspect in a criminal investigation are effectively safeguarded by an appropriate adult.
This contract has been awarded £212,500.00 until 30 September 2025.
Catch22 is a charity which delivers Gangs and County Lines Preventative and Protective Interventions in Kent and Medway. Their money comes through Kent's Violence Reduction Unit. They deliver preventative interventions for children & young people up to the age of 25, who are at risk of serious youth violence, knife offences, drug supply, criminal exploitation, or gangs.
They also deliver protective interventions for children and young people up to the age of 25 who are involved in of serious youth violence, knife offences, drug supply, criminal exploitation, or gangs.
The contract for their work is £344,176.30 for 2025-2026.
