How we handle your personal information

The information you provide to the Office of the Kent Police and Crime Commissioner is important and we have a duty to manage it carefully. Under no circumstances will we sell, trade, rent or otherwise disclose your details to others unless required to do so by law.

You may be aware that data protection law changed in May 2018. To make sure you fully understand how we use your personal information, we have updated our Privacy Notice below.
